📌 Eligibility for Return & Refund

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with factory defects.

  • The wrong item, size, or design was delivered.

Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Photos of the item and packaging are required.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discount offers.

  • Customer error in ordering incorrect sizes or colors.

🙏 Each design is made to order — created just for you. Please double-check your selection before placing your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item (front, back, and detail if damaged)

We’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours, offering either:

  • A free replacement of the same item

  • Or a full refund if a replacement is not possible
